Roo and Heffalum  are lanning on going Trick or Treat for Halloween until rascally Tigger tells them about the "Gobloon," a monster that transforms those he catches. That night, after Pooh eats too much Halloween candy, Roo and Heffalum decide to sneak out and investigate the story of the Gobloon. But what will ha en if Tigger's tale is true?
